We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic Marketing Department. The ideal candidate should be driven, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
The selected individual will engage in various marketing activities across the organisation, utilising their expertise and strong communication abilities to effectively design graphics and manage content planning. Additionally, they will be responsible for developing compelling email marketing campaigns and should possess familiarity with content management systems. A solid understanding of Adobe Illustrator would be preferred.
Our perfect candidate will demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Responsibilities
1. 3+ years of experience with Adobe graphic design tools (Illustrator preferred)
2. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing
3. Proficient in managing social media channels, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, and TikTok
4. Strong understanding of SEO and its application in website content
5. Experience with email marketing platforms; familiarity with MailChimp and Klaviyo is preferred
6. Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments to ensure consistent project communication
7. Capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
8. Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work well in a collaborative setting
9. Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day tasks with minimal supervision
Requirements
1. Create visually engaging graphic designs for use across social channels, company websites, and various business activities
2. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to support SEO-based website optimisation efforts, including keyword research and on-page enhancements
3. Assist in the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns, including creating email flows and contributing to long-term email marketing strategies
4. Develop compelling and creative social media content to promote company brands, ensuring consistency across platforms
5. Provide support in managing website content and updates using the company’s CMS, ensuring a seamless user experience
6. Work closely with different departments to align marketing materials with overall business objectives
7. Analyse the performance of social media and email campaigns, using insights to optimise future strategies
8. Stay up-to-date with design and digital marketing trends, ensuring content is innovative and relevant
9. Assist in maintaining brand guidelines across all digital and printed materials, ensuring cohesive visual identity
10. Minimum of 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English
11. Further & Higher education qualifications are desired
