Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance and support to teaching staff to improve teaching and learning practices.
Develop and deliver professional development workshops and training sessions for educators.
Collaborate with teachers to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with diverse learning needs.
Monitor and assess student progress and performance across various subjects and grade levels.
Engage with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns.
Perform classroom observations and offer constructive feedback to improve instructional practices.
Facilitate the exchange of ideas and resources among faculty to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
A valid teaching certification and a relevant degree in education or a related field.
Proven experience in a teaching or advisory role within an educational setting.
Strong understanding of curriculum design and instructional methodologies.
Ability to analyze educational data to enhance student learning outcomes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with staff, students, and parents.
Proficient in the use of technology and educational software to support teaching and learning.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and commitment to professional development.

Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £27.22
