We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Supplier Quality Manager to join our team in QuickSTAT. Your Role This role involves overseeing and enhancing our Supplier Quality Program, conducting audits, and supporting our operational teams to ensure high standards of quality across our supplier network. Your Responsibilities - Develop and manage the Supplier Quality Program to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. - Conduct Supplier Audits focused on transportation, processes, facilities, equipment, and personnel in a GDP context. - Support the selection, surveillance, and development of sub-contractors. - Manage and issue Corrective Actions (SCARs) with suppliers and subcontractors. - Monitor and analyze non-conformance data within the supplier network to drive improvement. - Support supplier qualification projects and maintain the Approved Suppliers List (ASL). - Actively engage in supplier quality reviews to enhance performance and reduce failures. - Extensive travel to audit and support suppliers as part of the Supplier Quality Management program. Your Skills and Experiences - Proven experience in a Quality Management role, preferably within air logistics. - Strong experience in Corrective and Preventative Action Management, including Supplier Corrective Action. - Experience in managing Quality Management Systems and dealing with both internal and external stakeholders, including customers and suppliers. - Knowledge of Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and ISO 9001 standards. - Proven leadership and Quality Advocacy skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively. - Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. - Strong organizational skills with a tenacious approach to follow-up and problem resolution.
