The Role: We're looking for an inspiring and dedicated Deputy SENCO to work closely with the SENCO in leading and developing SEND provision across the school. You will play a key role in ensuring that all students with additional needs receive the support they require to thrive academically and personally. Key Responsibilities: Deputise for the SENCO: Step in when needed to ensure the smooth running of the SEN department. Lead EHCP Reviews: Take charge of reviewing and updating Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs). Collaborate with Families and Agencies: Work with external professionals and parents to provide tailored support for students.What We're Looking For: Proven experience of running and completing paperwork for annual review meetings Experience in reviewing and writing SEN support plans Completing requests for EHCP assessments Previous experience supporting secondary school students with SEN is advantageous Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff, students, and external partners.Why Join Us?
