Production Administrator (Maternity Cover) Location: Worcestershire Salary: £26,000 DOE Hours: 37.5 hours per week Contract Type: Fixed-term (Approximately 10 months, maternity cover) Start Date: ASAP Responsibilities Prepare and process production orders, ensuring adherence to established procedures and quality controls. Create and manage labels with detailed overprinting requirements. Produce and process work instructions and production orders using an ERP system. Maintain and update data on Excel spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Monitor material shortages, stock outages, and proactively address potential issues. Identify and propose process improvements within production operations. Perform general administrative tasks to support the team. Foster positive communication and collaboration with Production, Customer Service, and Quality departments. Work as part of a small team, providing cover and support when required. Qualifications 5 GCSEs, including Grade C in Maths and English (or equivalent). Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with effective listening and interpersonal abilities. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage internal pressures such as prioritisation. A collaborative mindset, working well in team settings. Familiarity with ERP systems. (Desirable) Experience in purchasing, planning, or ERP-related roles.
