What you'll do
As a Finance Business Partner within the Retail Banking Finance Home Buying & Ownership team, you’ll help to drive value for the business and assist the leadership team to make key product, cost and investments specific decisions by providing insight and market knowledge while helping manage the financial performance of the business.
You’ll also be:
Understanding and challenging financial performance, providing relevant and meaningful insight to the business including internal and external MI such as competitor analysis
Collaborating with other Finance teams to provide specific financial plans, forecasts, stress testing and customer, market or segment analysis
Using the data and analytics thinking required to solve strategic problems using the latest tools and techniques and contributing towards automation and simplification of key Finance-wide services, such as dashboards
Supporting the provision of review and challenge to ensure the optimum use of resources presented in investment decisions and business cases
Analysing financial regulatory change impact on products and services
Providing investment tracking and forecasting reviews
