This private family office is seeking an energetic Associate to provide comprehensive administrative, analytical, operational, and personal support across the family’s business and personal activities, on a part-time basis three to four days per week.
The role demands a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise. The motivation to strive for excellence is essential.
The ideal candidate will be an outstanding communicator, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment, and work seamlessly with key stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of family affairs.
Confidentiality and discretion are key attributes, along with the ability to handle sensitive information with care.
Proficiency with Office & scheduling software, and at least 2-5 years of relevant experience is required. A basic understanding of financial management, budgeting, and accounting is essential.
Additional Information: Valid driver’s licence.
Duties include but are not limited to:
1. Research and analysis to support business/personal activities
2. Provide clear, structured communications/reports
3. Meeting minutes
4. Complex personal and business diary: travel/bookings/logistics/appointments/meetings
5. Prioritise & action incoming correspondence (emails, phone calls, mail)
6. Assist with event planning and coordination
7. Maintain & review key contact database
8. Expenses & budget tracking
9. Liaising with financial institutions, accountants, and other professionals as required
10. Assist with document preparation, including Investment, Finance, Legal, and Property
11. Rigorously proofread materials
12. Personal shopping, errands, and procurement of goods/services
13. Record keeping/filing
Hours: 8.30 – 5.30
Salary: £40-60k Pro Rata
Based: Central London (3 or 4 days/week)
