Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Executive, you will:
* Handle customer enquiries with professionalism and tailored responsiveness, whether on the phone, in person, or via email, playing a crucial role in our customer-facing operations.
* Manage and process orders for accessories, chargeable repairs, and service contracts, with the confidence to discuss further selling opportunities.
* Maintain and update our CRM database to enhance communication and customer relationships.
* Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding and catering to their specific needs.
* Collaborate across departments to ensure premium service from start to finish.
* Support the Operations & Sales team with daily tasks to enhance efficiency and service quality.
* Create and issue quotations and order confirmations.
* Provide everyday administrative support.
Skills required:
* Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Previous experience in a customer service or similar role is preferable.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer literate.
* Advanced problem-solving skills, enabling quick and effective solutions.
* Initiative, enthusiasm, and the ability to adapt to different time zones.
* A-level education or equivalent.

Operating Base: Applicants must be able to work in-person at our Ipswich office.
