The Role of English Teachers

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a teacher who can demonstrate:
· Exceptional subject knowledge in English language and literature.
· The ability to create a vibrant and engaging learning environment.
· Experience with current UK educational initiatives and developments.
· A passion for teaching and learning, committed to achieving the highest standards.
· The ability to support creative learning and foster 21st-century skills in students.
· Confidence in using technology to enhance and extend learning.
· Experience in using data and assessments to track and support student progress.
· A genuine ability to inspire a love of reading and writing in students.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must be fluent English speakers, hold a relevant degree and teaching qualification, and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching in schools that follow the National Curriculum of England.
· Proven ability to teach across key stages.
· Experience teaching EAL (English as an Additional Language) students is desirable but not essential.
