Nigel Wright is delighted to be supporting a North East manufacturer, who due to internal promotion are looking to recruit an E-Commerce Administrator to join them on an initial 6 month contract. The Opportunity. As the E-Commerce Administrator you will report to the E-Commerce Manager and take responsibility for: Liaising with all departments to ensure all new product launches happen within agreed timescales You will manage all the administration for the new product launches including managing and cataloguing images and content uploaded to online shopping websites Manage daily inventory levels, checking performance on shopping platforms Working with the back office and warehouse to ensure all queries are managed accordingly Management of all warehouse statistics Update weekly KPI trackers Produce monthly forecast reports What you need to succeed. As an experienced and organised Administrator, you will come with an understanding or interest to learn about e-commerce. You will have strong IT skills in particular MS Excel and have experience in supporting with projects and working within a changing and busy office environment. You will be someone who has experience managing relationships with different departments and have a go getting attitude towards your work. You will have strong attention to detail and have experience attending and minuting meetings. This is an initial 6 month interim contract with view to leading to a longer term role for the right candidate.
