Fixed Term Contract until October, Full Time (35 hours per week)
You will be able to work flexibly with a blend of home working and ability to attend our JRHT offices as required
About the role
JRHT own and manage around 2,500 homes for social rent, affordable rent and shared ownership. We provide general needs housing, housing for older people and independent living accommodation for people with learning disabilities throughout Yorkshire.
We have recently gone through a period of transformational change as we delivered the first phase of our Empower24 programme – the replacement of our housing and finance systems. We have now moved on to the next phase of this work, as we replace our asset management, repairs and compliance systems.
We want to make sure that our colleagues feel confident in the use of these new systems and the new ways of working that this will support, via a robust and coordinated training approach, led by this role.
As the Trainer for the Empower24 Programme you will support:
1. The ongoing delivery of training for the finance and housing systems, working closely with the System Owner where required. This is as we look to continually improve these systems and implement new modules and changes.
2. The assets, repairs and compliance project by planning, designing and delivering training to impacted colleagues.
3. The transition of training from the temporary programme structure to BAU.
About you
As our Trainer, we’d like you to have experience of working within the social housing sector and of delivering training. With good communication skills (verbal & written), you’ll have the ability to learn new technology systems, produce clear guidance and manuals in relation to them and deliver engaging training content.
You’ll be organised, methodical and accurate, enabling you to plan training sessions across the business. You’ll have the ability to work in a team environment and be willing to help with solving problems.
