Sales Coordinator
Job Location: Poole, Dorset
Job Type: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Thursday 7.30am - 4.00pm & Friday 7.30am - 1.00pm
Salary: £25,000 - £29,000 per annum, depending on level of experience

An established manufacturing company who are growing year on year, are looking for an additional Sales Coordinator to join their friendly team at their new site based in Poole.
This is not your standard customer service role as you will be involved in providing detailed quotations for customer projects ranging from (but not limited to) telematics, radar equipment, tsunami detectors, aerospace and audio-visual. Working closely with purchasing and production, you will keep your customer up to date with every stage of their order until delivery.
This varied role will also involve attending exhibitions and trade shows, giving customers tours around production and supporting businesses with their enquiries.
Key duties will include:
1. Creating and providing quotations, following them up and making amendments as required
2. Processing sales orders
3. Assisting with customer enquiries including updates on order progress, product information, lead times, costs and deliveries
4. Contacting customers to follow up after order delivery & check receipt
5. Maintain regular contact with Customers to find out any future requirements
6. Liaising with various departments around the business including production and purchasing
Our ideal candidate will possess:
1. Any experience in an electronics, technical, manufacturing or engineering industry is advantageous
2. A natural ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer service.
3. Good organisational, multitasking and prioritising skills.
4. Excellent eye for detail.
5. Good IT skills, experience with Microsoft programmes including Excel, Word and Outlook.
