Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise the daily operations of the bar, restaurant, and accommodation facilities to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Ensure all areas are kept clean and well-maintained, adhering to health and safety standards.
* Coordinate with the Head Housekeeper to manage housekeeping staff and oversee the cleaning schedules of the premises.
* Manage staff schedules, ensuring all shifts are covered and operational needs are met.
* Handle customer queries and concerns promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
* Maintain inventory and stock control for the bar and restaurant.
* Enforce all compliance regulations and company policies among staff members.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proactive in dealing with issues and capable of making decisions under pressure.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
