Job title: Digital Service Integration Manager Location: Samlesbury – We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role Salary: £61,110 (dependent on skills and experience) What you’ll be doing: Establishing and maintaining relationships with business leaders and key functional stakeholders Understanding the needs of the functions and projects, to contribute to direct continuous service improvement whilst ensuring that IT services are fully leveraged to deliver business capability Leading service performance measurement and management, developing service improvement plans based upon working with the business to identify and address service risks and opportunities Providing the first point of contact to the US Programmes Line of Business for IT service issues and escalations Taking on a lead role, owning specific work areas and directing others across organisation boundaries Having a detailed understanding of Incident & Problem management and working on the most complex issues with no need for supervision or support Your skills and experiences: Essential: Relevant IT degree or business degree, experience in consultancy or people management position Relevant vocational qualification or equivalent experience e.g. HNC / Prince 2 Foundation / Computer Science Degree Agreeing targets for service compliance and assessing, monitoring, and managing the delivery of services against the targets Developing and operating a measurement capability to support agreed organisational information needs Developing, implementing and testing a business continuity framework Desirable: Familiarity with IT trends and good practice is desirable Experience of working in an IT Function and relevant field is desirable Benefits: You’ll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan. US Programmes Information Technology team: The IT team supports the US Programmes business to achieve its aims and objectives by shaping strategy, agreeing digital enablement and assurance plans and driving delivery of the portfolio of information solutions and services. As the Digital Service Integration Manager, you will be responsible for the co-ordination and integration of the delivery of digital services into US Programmes current and future contracts. You will work closely with the service delivery and SIAM teams across the Air Sector, as well as other providers to develop and manage a fully integrated service plan and roadmap In addition, you will work collaboratively with the US Programmes stakeholders and IT colleagues in the Air Sector and Shared Services to understand current IT capabilities and services, manage improvement and integrations plans across US Programmes and ensure service continuity plans are in place to support business continuity Why BAE Systems?
