Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer queries, ensuring high satisfaction.
* Proactively engage with customers to identify upsell opportunities.
* Implement automation tasks to enhance CMS and support platforms.
* Ensure tickets are closed quickly and effectively, maintaining a focus on efficiency.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Skills Required:
* Customer satisfaction obsessed.
* Experience using customer data to assist and provide a better customer experience.
* Strong customer relationship management skills.
* Data analytics proficiency or eagerness to learn.
* Technical aptitude, especially with CMS or support platforms.
* Knowledge of SDKs, APIs valued.
* 2+ years in a Customer Success/Technical Support role or a motivated graduate.
Compensation & Perks:
* £35k-£40k salary + Bonus
