This role involves leading and participating in the pro-active management of supplier's performance through business reviews, tactical recovery monitoring, and risk assessment mitigation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage a portfolio of Local and Global Suppliers where necessary to ensure Safran requirements are met and understood.
2. Compile and monitor action plans for poor performing Suppliers.
3. Lead / participate in multisite Supplier business reviews with a Safran cross-functional team (CFT).
4. Ensure a common approach is taken towards management of the Supplier and that the Supplier recognizes this approach from Safran.
5. Work within a Safran CFT to ensure successful work package transfers in the Supply Chain.
6. Support the SPM in the effective implementation of Supplier Performance strategy and initiatives.
7. Manage internal expectations with key Customers to ensure full customer satisfaction.
8. Conduct rate readiness assessments and support maturity audits when necessary.
