We are looking for a leader who can inspire a team while ensuring the highest levels of care for our service user. Our service will operate 24/7, supporting one individual with a dedicated team of eleven staff members, including five waking night support workers.
You will be working with a vibrant and clever person. The individual communicates their needs clearly and brings smiles to everyone around them. Despite facing complex health challenges, they are full of life and love engaging with others through play, banter, and positive interactions. They adore the outdoors, water play, music, and trampolining. Their family means the world to them and routine helps them thrive. They are very eager to enjoy life to its fullest!
Working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday with on-call duties. Flexibility is key, as some weekend work will be required to support this service as it gets established.
We are seeking candidates with ideally 3 years of experience leading a care team and a valid NMC registration. Significant experience working with adults with learning and/or physical disabilities, including autism and complex needs is essential.
