Salary: £24,956 per annum rising to £25,350 per annum on successful completion of probation Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 9-5 Holiday: 25 days annual holiday entitlement increasing to 30 days after 5 years’ service per annum plus bank holidays Base: Pool Innovation Centre, Pool or Remote dependent on candidate Contract: fixed term until 31st March 2026 with the potential for extension subject to future funding About the Role This role is to support survivors of sexual violence/abuse wishing to access recovery by completing a triage assessment and delivering the trauma stabilisation programme. Trauma Stabilisation training will be provided if you have not attended this training in a previous role. Key responsibilities: Support recent or non-recent survivors of Sexual Violence/Abuse, children and Adults who wish to access the recovery pathway. • Support a victim through the referral pathway from crisis to recovery, ensuring that the victim feels supported, listened to and believed • Complete triage assessment, support the safety planning, monitor risk (including escalation to high risk and safeguarding concerns) • Provide a menu of options for clients in need of practical or emotional support. • Support the delivery of the Trauma Stabilisation Programme for clients who are within and outside of the Criminal Justice process seeking support • Broker recovery support packages (recovery programmes, therapy, peer support, onward referral) Essential requirements: Experience supporting vulnerable people Added benefits: A comprehensive induction and training programme, with a hybrid working policy for a better work/life balance.
