We are seeking a Relief Chef to join our team. The successful candidate will have a passion for food and customer service, with a flair for innovative menus and food presentation. Key responsibilities include running the kitchen on holiday/sickness/business busy times, preparing food daily, and contributing to menu development. * Run sites kitchen on holiday / sickness / business busy times and ensure the company's reputation for food quality is maintained at all times.
* Prepare all sites food freshly daily and cooking of menu items
* Weekly menu writing ensuring seasonal
* Contribute to the development and planning of menus, including future food trends and be passionate about developing new styles of service and concepts in the location.
* Stock taking when required.
* Carry out the smooth and efficient running of your section as appropriate.
