Job Purpose
We are seeking Facilities Coordinators to join our property team and work on our Facilities Management (FM) Help Desk. The ideal candidate will manage our network of contractors in delivering repairs and maintenance at our client's buildings.
Key Responsibilities
1. Respond to client enquiries for repairs via our Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system and by telephone.
2. Book in and schedule planned maintenance visits.
3. Manage contractors via our CAFM system and by telephone.
4. Troubleshoot maintenance and repair issues, working with our technical team.
5. Work with our CAFM system to manage workflows and processes.
6. Hold regular client meetings in person or over Teams.
Skills and Experience
Essential
1. Worked on a fast-paced FM Help Desk.
2. Good problem solver with common sense and logical approach to challenges.
3. Strong customer service skills & experience.
4. Excellent communication and a confident manner.
5. Ability to work calmly under pressure at all times.
6. Strong and confident personality with the ability to create excellent relationships internally and externally.
7. Ability to be present in the office 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday with an option for 1 day a week working from home. Work 1 Saturday in 6 with a day off in lieu (moving to 1 in 8 as we expand).
8. Ability to be on call out of hours 1 week in 6 (moving to 1 week in 8 as we expand).
Desirable
1. Worked in a property-related sector.
2. Worked in Healthcare on Maintenance Management.
3. Worked in Hard FM.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
