At ITV Studios, we craft the extraordinary every day. Our Marketing team is the creative heartbeat of ITV Studios, ensuring our brands and platforms capture the spotlight and inspire audiences worldwide.
The role
In this role, you'll work closely with the marketing team that supports ITV Studios' Global Partnerships and Zoo 55, creating compelling content across multiple platforms. From producing sizzle reels, social video content, and on-air and off-air assets for our free-to-air streaming channels to capturing standout photography for events, and live experiences. You'll play a key part in shaping how our brands and shows are seen.
Working across a variety of teams, you'll have the chance to bring innovative ideas to life and ensure every piece of creative is both impactful and on-brand. The role will entail but not be limited to:
1. Take ownership of creative briefs from start to finish, ensuring high-quality work is delivered on time and on budget.
2. Develop creative ideas that meet stakeholder needs while staying on-brand, delivering innovative and effective solutions across various platforms.
3. Produce promotional videos, sizzle reels, social videos and short-form content for various projects.
4. Create on-air and off-air assets such as channel promos, stings, and visual graphics, contributing to the promotion of ITV Studios' FAST channels and other digital platforms.
5. Contribute to event content by developing engaging ideas and creative executions for festivals, live experiences, and other activations.
6. Capture engaging photography to support marketing campaigns, live events and experiences, and promotional needs.
7. Provide creative input to internal and external teams, assisting with briefing or sub-briefing agencies and ensuring their output aligns with project goals.
8. Build strong relationships across ITV Studios, working collaboratively with production, marketing, and licensing teams to ensure cohesive creative execution across all projects.
9. Stay ahead of industry trends, proactively suggesting new formats, techniques, and platforms to enhance creative output.
10. Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the creative process and improve workflow efficiency.
Skills you'll need (minimum criteria)
* Demonstrated experience in video production, photography, and graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work across multiple formats.
* Ideally, the candidate should have experience operating advanced cameras, such as broadcast-quality (non-studio) equipment, and a proven ability to capture professional-grade video content with excellent sound quality.
* Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
* Experience publishing content on digital and social media platforms, with a focus on optimising content for engagement.
* Good photography skills and an understanding of how to create creative, engaging photos.

* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritise effectively.
* Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset for working across marketing, creative, and social teams.
