FRS are recruiting an Accounts Assistant for a manufacturing business based near Enderby. My client is offering a salary of £25,000 to £28,000 and the role is based fully on site. Suitable candidates will be experienced with using Sage 50 & MS Excel and have previous experience of working within an SME, small finance team previously. Duties Will Include Purchase Ledger: processing purchase invoices, reconciling supplier statements, match-batch-code invoices onto the system, handling weekly supplier payment runs Sales Ledger: checking customers accounts for issues on payments, credit control duties, processing sales invoices Payroll: supporting the payroll desk with input of data, hours etc Month-End: preparing & posting journals, assisting the management accounts up to trial balance, supporting the on-site Accountant with adhoc reporting For more info, contact Niall Cooper at Finance Recruitment Solutions right away
