Salary: £48,557 - £57,704, dependent on experience, including a basic salary and skills payment. Plus, a one-off recruitment bonus of £3,500 (£1,750 on arrival and £1,750 on successful probation). An increased skills payment of up to £19,113 may be available after a successful skills assessment.

The Role
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will solve mission-critical problems, contribute to system architecture and design, establish best practices, and deliver high-quality software. Your expertise in various engineering methodologies and languages such as JavaScript, Java, C++, Node, Python, Rust, Go, and .NET will be vital.
You will innovate, review pull requests, define deployment strategies, and collaborate across teams. Your role involves mentoring, leading, and engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to influence the wider engineering community.
About You
You possess knowledge of modern programming languages and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience leading Agile teams and understanding customer requirements are essential.
