About our Team
The team of Account Managers manage a book of high volume (low value) accounts, and sell our product/solutions remotely, through digital channels (calls, email, video conferencing).
About the Role
The role involves ensuring customer success and supporting growth beyond planned targets within the assigned territory. Key responsibilities include retaining and renewing existing business, developing relationships, identifying training needs, and spotting up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to refer to the regional sales representative. Additionally, the position focuses on optimising clients' utilisation of our products and services.
Responsibilities
1. Delivering exceptional relationship management and client support.
2. Nurturing the assigned book of business and identifying growth opportunities where applicable.
3. Meeting assigned targets for sales renewals.
4. Creating and maintaining accurate records of training provided to clients.
5. Identifying client training requirements.
6. Ensuring that decision makers receive quarterly touchpoints.
7. Updating all opportunities in CRM on a weekly basis and pipeline growth to support growth objectives.
8. Ensuring that end users are effectively on boarded within 3 months of subscription.
