The Role:
We are seeking a skilled labourer to join the team for an ongoing project. This role is integral to the success of our mission to decarbonise thermal and industrial processes. As this project is new and one of a kind, we are seeking an experienced labourer who can assist with the build of the technology. As the team is small, we need someone who doesn’t mind doing a variety of duties. Elements of the project that would need to be completed include installing insulation, stacking bricks and general labouring duties.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist with general labouring duties as required.
· Ensure labouring work meets our high standards of quality and safety.
· Collaborate with the engineering team to support the development and implementation of our cutting-edge technology.
· Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
· Assist in the preparation and assembly of bespoke technology, ensuring high-quality standards and attention to detail.
· Operate and maintain workshop machinery and tools to fabricate components with precision and care, adhering to strict safety guidelines.
· Handle materials for cutting, sanding, and assembling components as part of the manufacturing process.
· Follow detailed work instructions and technical drawings, maintaining confidentiality regarding proprietary processes and designs.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in manufacturing, workshop environments and associated duties.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
* Ability to perform a variety of labouring duties as required.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
