About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Administration Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis for 3 months. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain valuable experience in HR and administration within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks
* Maintain employee records and update databases
* Support recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates
* Handle employee inquiries and provide timely responses
* Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
* Prepare HR documents and reports as needed
Requirements:
* Previous experience in HR or administration is preferred
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
