Role of Graduate Luxury Travel Consultant:
1. Handling enquiries from clients and suppliers, ensuring they are dealt with efficiently.
2. Responding to customer enquiries directly and co-ordinating responses required from other team members.
3. Managing group contracts, rooming lists and maintaining records.
4. Fulfilment of all tour documentation (pre and post travel).
5. Undertake the responsibility of tour loading and inventory management.
6. Creating and editing reservation promotions and special offers.
Skills required for the role:
1. Recent Travel & Tourism related degree.
2. A genuine passion for the travel sector and desire to build a career within the sector.
3. Excellent communicator via phone, e-mail and face to face.
4. Proactive and able to take initiative.
5. Flexible team player.
6. Good Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook skills.
