The Role:
As the Sales Director, you'll take charge of a large sales team, setting the vision, leading strategy, and helping the company scale. You’ll be at the forefront of building strong vendor relationships and collaborating closely with C-level executives to shape the company’s future. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and inspire a large, diverse team of software sales professionals, ensuring they hit and exceed targets.
* Develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth across the public and private sectors.
* Build and nurture strong vendor relationships, creating win-win partnerships.
* Collaborate with C-level leadership to align sales goals with the company's overall business strategy.
* Use data and insights to optimize sales processes and drive high performance.
* Coach and mentor sales talent, ensuring they reach their full potential.
* Negotiate and close high-value deals, playing a key role in the sales cycle from start to finish.

* Proven experience working with C-level executives to align sales efforts with strategic goals.
