Community Dental Services has a part-time vacancy for a Qualified Dental Nurse to join their clinic based at Bridlington Hospital. The successful candidate will form part of a well-established team assisting dental clinicians providing dental treatment for Paediatric and Adult patients who meet the referral criteria and cannot accept treatment in a general dental practice.
Main Duties of the Job
The applicant will be resilient, well-organised, and have the ability to work under pressure in a busy clinic, supporting dental clinicians with complex dental treatments whilst supporting the patient and keeping them and/or their appropriate adult involved in treatment options. If qualified in Dental Radiography and/or Dental Sedation, these skills would be utilised throughout the clinic when support in that area is required. The ideal candidate would be good under pressure and have excellent written and verbal communication, IT skills, and be a great team player who enjoys communicating well with patients.
