Description Lead end-to-end recruitment for graduates and apprentices, from attraction through to onboarding. Run engaging assessment centres that showcase our firm's values, culture, and career opportunities. Deliver presentations and attend careers fairs at universities, schools, and events to promote the company. Build strong relationships with education providers, student societies, and careers services. Collaborate with hiring managers and training providers to understand business needs and support future workforce planning. Continuously improve our early careers recruitment strategies, ensuring an inclusive and candidate-centric approach. Profile Confident presenter with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously with great attention to detail.
