Salary Scale: £85-£120 per day
Contract Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
* As a Nursery Practitioner you will plan and deliver stimulating and age-appropriate activities for children aged 0-5 years.
* Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued.
* As a Nursery Practitioner you will observe and assess children s development, maintaining accurate records and contributing to individual learning plans.
* Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff, fostering a supportive community atmosphere.
* As a Nursery Practitioner you will ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and nursery policies, including safeguarding and health and safety standards.
Requirements:
* A relevant childcare qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Childcare, Early Years Educator, or equivalent).
* Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach to childcare.
