The HR Business Partner for Data Services holds operational responsibility for driving the people agenda in Data Services, moving towards a high performance culture and working with the DS Leadership Team and HR function to make commercially orientated people decisions that support achievement of business goals. This role focuses on enhancing the talent, capability and performance of the Data Services team, making best use of technology and capitalising on innovation to optimise Data Services as a successful revenue and profitability generator. What you will do: Develop effective workforce planning to identify skills and resources gaps and implement proactive solutions to address; Propose and implement effective Talent solutions to address needs, for example, Early Careers, succession planning etc; Identify where managers need support in being an effective manager and/or leader and create effective development plans to address needs; Take proactive steps to address performance issues so that underperformance is dealt with appropriately and promptly; Identify high performer/high potential employees and support with appropriate development and feedback; Take steps to address employee issues before they become grievance or disciplinaries; Drive and develop the performance review process through out the year to ensure a regular feedback mechanism is in place that provides honest and supportive feedback to help employees to improve performance; Ensure compliance with current policies and processes across the business making recommendations for improvement where needed; Analyse data to develop reports which support effective decision making and demonstrate progress towards goals; Drive and support any and all ESG initiatives with a particular focus on improving diversity in Data Services; Lead on or be part of projects that support business goals; Support managers with effective cascade of information and communication with Data Services. Who you are: CIPD Membership at Associate or above; HRBP experience across a variety of work environments; Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration capabilities; Ability to manage resources effectively and work alongside leaders to build high-performing teams; Experience of HRIS, ideally Workday, and comfortable with using technology to innovate; Experience of and expertise in provision of reports and analysis of data using Excel, PowerPoint and Word; Experience of working in a global or multi country organisation; Strong HR technical skills and awareness of employment legislation; Experience in an HR specialism such as Reward or Talent would be an advantage. Salary for this position: Up to £75,000 per annum Salary : The salary varies for this position as we are recruiting in multiple regional locations and job grades. The salary process is based on skills, abilities, and experience required.
