The Complaints Team is seeking to appoint a Complaints Officer to join our busy service.
The primary element of the role will be to undertake corporate complaint investigations, ensuring a robust, evidence-based response is produced as a result of thorough investigation.
You will also be required to co-ordinate social care complaints as well as undertaking internal reviews in accordance with Data Protection legislation.
The role will also involve providing advice to officers and managers to appropriately safeguard the Council and helping to ensure that good working relations are maintained at all times.
