Description Handling all aspects of residential property transactions from start to finish. Engaging with clients, solicitors, and estate agents on a daily basis. Supervising and mentoring a small team within the legal department. Ensuring all conveyancing tasks are completed accurately and on time. Preparing and reviewing legal documents relating to property transactions. Managing and maintaining all client and transaction records. Contributing to the development and implementation of departmental procedures. Keeping up to date with developments in conveyancing law. Profile A successful 'Conveyancing Paralegal' should have: Experience in managing a team within a legal department. Proven experience in residential property transactions.
