Contracts Administrator
Location: Northfleet
Working Hours: Monday-Friday
Salary: £13-£15 per hour
We are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join our Clients team in Northfleet, Kent. You'll be responsible for:
1. General Contract Administration including:
1. Help desk – Call/Job Logging on Concept, Site and Contractor Liaison.
2. Raising PO's & Site Ordering.
3. Maintaining Financial Reports and Documents.
4. Monthly Report support.
2. Operating a booking system for the meeting rooms, managing the calendars and ensuring specific requirements for their use are implemented, adhering to Health & Safety requirements including Risk Assessments.
3. Operating security systems, ensuring authorised users are given appropriate access to the building and attending to visitors according to procedure.
4. Investigating & reporting faults to the help desk, following up as necessary.
5. Ensuring that the reception area is clean and tidy at all times & all meeting rooms are in order, as instructed.
6. Management of on-site contractors, according to current procedures.
We're looking for candidates who possess the following skills:

2. Excellent customer care and communication skills.
3. Good telephone manner with a clear speaking voice.
4. Ability to work alone at times and calmly under pressure.
5. Excellent organisational & timekeeping skills.
6. IT skills, including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
7. Able to work flexibly, as part of a team.

You must hold a Valid Passport or Birth Certificate & Photo Driving Licence at your current address.
