As a Site Engineer, you will play a vital role in the successful execution of our new build project, focusing on reinforced concrete (RC) frameworks. You will collaborate with the project management team to ensure that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is working directly for a main contractor, any main contracting experience is highly desired. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations. Conduct site inspections and surveys to monitor progress and identify potential issues. Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers, providing technical guidance and support as needed. Assist in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and progress updates. Monitor work quality and ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices. Manage and resolve site-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines. Liaise with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving. Qualifications: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in site engineering, specifically with RC frame structures. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project). Valid site engineer certification and a current CSCS card.
