West Yorkshire Police are looking to recruit a Full Time SLT Secretary to join the Department / Directorate team at Carr Gate, Wakefield.
Within this role, you will provide a comprehensive support function to a District/Departmental Senior Leadership Team. This role will require you to be the first point of contact for the Senior Leadership Team, ensuring calls, messages, and visitors are dealt with in a courteous and efficient manner. Maintaining and coordinating diaries, calendars, and rotas are essential to the role, to ensure effective time management of the Senior Leadership Team. In addition, you will attend regular meetings ensuring accurate minutes and actions are logged, completed, and updated accordingly.

Requirements of the role:
* Typing experience which will show a high level of accuracy and speed of no less than 30wpm.
* Ability to work as a part of a team.
* Good knowledge of and ability to operate computerised software packages e.g., Microsoft Office.
* Good organisational and interpersonal skills.
