About the Teams
Audit response team
As a member of our Audit Response Team (ART), you will deliver a range of audits for our customers. You will collaborate with our customer teams and have access to tailored development programs to help you succeed. You'll also work closely with our high-performing and encouraging teams to enhance your skills.
Customer facing team
Our customer facing roles involve close collaboration with a single customer. Your main focus will be to understand their activity and learn about their business in depth. Building effective and positive relationships with key partners is also essential.
Our specialized audit teams, including Digital, Data & Technology, Programme & Project Management, Commercial, Grants, and Data Analytics, may be available for candidates who meet the necessary skills and experience requirements.
We are mainly recruiting to fill roles in the Audit Response Team through this campaign
About You
You will have the following skills and experience:
• Significant experience of successfully planning, managing and delivering a portfolio of risk-based internal audit reviews.
• Strong critical thinking skills and an ability to interpret complex, conflicting information and make good judgments.
• Effective decision making and the ability to manage conflicting priorities, targeting work to key risk areas.
• The ability to build and maintain relationships across an organisation at all levels, influencing senior partners to adopt good practice internal control, risk management and governance processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interpret complex audit judgements and deliver insight for senior and specialist audiences.
• Experience of successfully leading a team of internal auditors and of managing and developing staff.
