What You Will Do:
1. Efficiently plan engineers' routing to prioritize visits, ensuring the highest level of service delivery.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service, increasing customer loyalty and securing repeat business.
3. Utilize your computer literacy to manage customer queries and transactions smoothly.
4. Inform customers about additional products and services, enhancing their overall experience.
5. Handle quotations and customer enquiries with precision and care.
6. Coordinate the booking of relevant parts for jobs carried out, ensuring a seamless service process.

1. A minimum of 1 year's experience in a service advisor role, preferably within a related industry.

Location:
This full-time role is based in a vibrant and accessible location, with the added benefit of free parking and a comfortable working environment. Monday to Thursday, 8.30am until 5.30pm, and Friday, 8.30am until 3.00pm, with a 1 in 3 weekend rota basis, working from home.
