Key Responsibilities
1. Supporting the delivery of annual growth plans across key customer accounts
2. Monitoring account performance through weekly sales and financial analysis
3. Identifying growth opportunities through competitor and market trend analysis
4. Collaborating cross-functionally across marketing, supply chain, finance, and operations
5. Managing customer expectations and supporting issue resolution to uphold high standards of service
About You
1. Experience in sales or account management, preferably within own-label or FMCG sectors
2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
4. A proactive mindset and appetite for continuous learning and improvement
5. Solid project management and organisational capabilities
6. Flexibility and willingness to travel for customer meetings, supplier visits, and industry events
