The Role:
To support the Procurement team’s engagement with internal and external stakeholders, and keep up to date record of communication, onboarding progress, and ongoing compliancy
Responsibilities:
* Working with Procurement team assisting the onboarding of subcontractors and suppliers
* Assisting Procurement team updating trackers and maintaining management information systems
* Keeping regular communication with internal and external stakeholders, by email and phone, to ensure progress and deadlines are met
* Raising NDAs and DocuSign’s for external contractors and suppliers
* Maintaining the accuracy of internal systems data
* Compiling and issuing weekly management information
* General administrative and support tasks to support the Procurement team
Skills & Experience required:
* Confident, positive, and self-motivated
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Team Player, but ability to work under own initiative
* Excellent attention to detail, and ability to perform tasks accurately and to high standard
* Strong I.T. skills, including MS office and MS Excel
