Hays are partnering with a public sector organisation to recruit for a temporary Administrative Officer in their Financial Projects team.
Your new role
* Provide administrative support to the Financial Projects team and the timely delivery of projects
* Perform accurate and timely minute taking activities for meetings
* Perform cleansing and validation activities to prepare data for migration to a new platform.
* Perform testing activities to prepare for onboarding to a new system
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to assist with onboarding process
What you'll need to succeed
* Previous administrative experience, in a financial setting would be beneficial
* Excellent MS office skills – Word, Excel, Teams.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and experience of dealing with a range of stakeholders
* Minute taking experience
What you'll get in return
* £12.59 per hour
* Temporary until 30 September 2025
* South Belfast location
* Full time 37 hours per week
