Pinnacle Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our B2B Facilities Cleaning Team based in Elland HX5. This is to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene and upkeep of a large Engineering company building, its offices, and meeting rooms. Your role will involve general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste management to ensure a welcoming environment for all staff, and visitors to a high standard throughout the building. You will be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence. We are offering a Temporary to Permanent Role 20hr per week and your shifts will be Monday to Thursday 4pm – 8pm & Friday 12noon – 4pm. Whilst working on the temporary contract, this role comes along with weekly pay. Once a Permanent contract is on offer it will then go to monthly pay. Key Responsibilities will include: As a Working Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning activities of a team of 3 cleaners across the site Damp & spot mopping, dusting, polishing of surfaces, fixtures and fittings, sanitise touch points, door handles, push plates, and other surfaces including vacuuming carpeted areas including barrier matting Cleaning toilet facilities and hand basins and replenishing toilet paper, hand soap & towels Removal of waste from internal litter bins within the offices and meeting rooms Experience in stock ordering & controls Flexibility to ensure that formal rectification or ad-hoc cleaning issues are picked up and can be responded to and managed promptly in line with the contract specification Key Requirements: Experience in leading and motivating a cleaning team Good knowledge of the use of cleaning chemicals COSHH, H&S legislation Manual Lift Handling IT literate as will be dealing with emails, staff rotas and general administration.
