This is a new role within the business, focusing specifically on their Golf retail brand, which resonates with consumers across the UK and the US for it’s fun, light-hearted branding and style. The role involves overseeing the social media channels and producing content which further resonates with the brands consumer-base and takes advantage of emerging industry trends and community-engagement opportunities. The Role: The position is perfect for any energetic, humorous, and hardworking social media enthusiast that is looking to connect with customers for a fun, established golf clothing brand. Launched in 2012, this brand has grown steadily, achieving seven-figure revenue and six-figure profits. In this role, you'll manage the brand’s social media presence and customer relationships, gaining significant responsibility and a fantastic opportunity to become an expert in DTC brand marketing. Responsibilities: Develop engaging marketing content for the brands social media channels and email campaigns. Build and manage a network of influencers and ambassadors. Handle customer service, ensuring prompt and positive interactions with audiences. Grow your expertise in DTC marketing through both company-provided training and self-learning. Collaborate with team members to continually enhance our brand’s online presence. Track and analyse performance metrics to optimize content and engagement strategies. Required Skills & Experience: Friendly, humorous, and skilled at building relationships. Able to create engaging marketing content for Instagram, TikTok, and email. Strong at juggling multiple projects and priorities. Knowledgeable about golf and comfortable communicating with golfers. Highly ambitious and enthusiastic about a career in brand marketing.
