As part of our ongoing growth and expansion, we are now seeking a motivated Bids & Tenders Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in supporting our mission by ensuring our pricing strategies align with our business goals, market competitive dynamics, and the needs of our customers. What you’ll do: Develop and implement strategic pricing solutions for aseptically prepared pharmaceutical products for NHS and private tenders Lead the development and execution of pricing strategies ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory guidelines and competitive market conditions Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to evaluate pricing trends, customer expectations and competitor positioning, using insights to inform pricing decisions and adjustments Research and construct high quality bid submissions, through matching the customer requirements to the company’s propositions Project Manage the bid process with the Key Account Management Team and stakeholders. Collaborate with Finance, Operational Sales teams to assess the impact of pricing decisions Build and maintain an up-to-date database of content and submissions, incorporating latest feedback and learning to future propositions Provide regular reports on pricing performance, competitiveness, benchmarking and market trends. Offer insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support business objectives. What you’ll bring to the team Previous experience in a similar role Demonstratable experience of high-quality work, with attention to detail, and good written, verbal and written presentation Self-motivated and, a strong decision maker A recognised management qualification is desirable although not essential depending on experience. Experience working in pharmaceutical / Healthcare / life sciences industry or hospital channel. Why Join Us?
