Job Title: Client Coordinator/Sales Support/Sales Administrator
Location: Dartford, Kent
Hours: 37.5hrs per week (Monday to Friday)

Purpose of the role
To create quotes for BDM’s and then manage the ordering and delivering of projects with customers.
Principal Responsibilities
1. Contact suppliers for price, delivery, lead time and technical information.
2. Create quotes on excel and in Bistrack from BDM leads.
3. Populate quotes with digital images of products.
4. Update quotes in line with customer and BDM amendments.
5. Participate in business meetings to support the BDM.
6. Create Operation and Maintenance (O&M) manuals.
7. Create quotes on Bistrack and convert to sales.
8. Place purchase orders (P/O's) with suppliers, file order confirmations, manage the delivery of the P/O's and answer queries on price.
9. Maintain record of customer and supplier communications on Bistrack sales order and P/O notepads.
10. Organise deliveries to customers in line with customer call offs.
11. Organise and invoice direct deliveries to customers and book in direct delivery P/O's.
12. Organise exports and raise appropriate commercial documentation.
13. Manage customer credit and cash accounts in line with company policy, communicating with customers and Sales Ledger.
14. Report customer service queries in line with company procedure.
15. Request collections in line with company procedure.
16. Communicate with customers to promote repeat business.
17. Responsible for achieving targets for value of deliveries and proportion of direct deliveries.
18. Responsible for achieving targets for value of inventory held in the warehouse, including deleting unwanted lines and reducing dead special creation.
19. Maintain up to date knowledge of company operating systems, for example Bistrack.
20. Develop product knowledge.
21. Collaborate with different departments to find solutions.
22. Develop relationships with suppliers.
23. Comply with the company Health and Safety policy.
24. Follow reasonable management requests.
Skills Required
