As a team member in the Partnerships Team, you will be managed by the Head of Partnerships and will work closely with GHC Director and Deputy of Strategy and Partnerships on the delivery of the Trusts strategic priorities.The S&P Directorate includes roles which fulfil a wide range of functions that align with the directorate portfolio and Trust strategic goals. The directorate structure is organised across three distinct yet integrated team, as follows: Partnership Team Quality Improvement (QI) Team Transformation Team The main functions of the directorate are predominantly enabling the Trust to develop and deliver its strategy, but alongside that we have several key areas which are underpinned by the high value we place on working together with the people and communities we serve, across corporate and operational services, and with our local and national system partners. Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust is part of the NHS. We treat NHS patients according to NHS principles and standards. The difference is the Trust is accountable to local people, rather than to Government, and so we can work closely with our community to develop services in the way that best suits the needs of local people.
