Are you an apprentice trained Planning Engineer who has served an apprenticeship in Fabrication or Machining? Do you have experience in reviewing sales orders to determine the production schedule? My client is looking for a well-rounded individual who has served their time on the tools in either fabrication or machining. Candidates should have the following experience to be considered for the role: - Due to nature of work be apprentice trained or time served in Fabrication or Machining. - Reviewing open sales orders to determine the production schedule. - Raising works orders, and organising lists for the materials required to achieve the agreed plan. - Coordinate the manufacture of orders through all work centres to meet the production schedule. - Experience in liaising with other key members of order process to update them on progress of jobs and planning the departments work load reporting on progress and risks. - Use of MRP system to updating work progress. This role may well suit candidates who are a Project Engineer. Please note, if you are not apprentice trained in Fabrication or Machining the company will not interview you for the position.
