SALES ADMINISTRATOR - BLACKBURN MONDAY - FRIDAY 8:30AM – 5PM (37.5 hours per week) c£25,000 per annum KPI Recruiting are excited to have partnered with a highly reputable company, who are currently looking to recruit a SALES ADMINISTRATOR to join their growing team on a full time, permanent basis. This role would be an excellent opportunity for a confident, reliable and driven individual who is keen to join a collaborative employer that offers career progression opportunities in the long term The successful candidate will be: Working in a small team, providing administrative and customer support to clients across the UK Accurately and efficiently processing a high volume of sales orders on internal database Liaising with customers to discuss new and existing orders – providing accurate updates via telephone and email in an informative manner Communicating with internal departments including Sales Representatives, Sales Managers, Warehouse and Logistics to provide and obtain updates Providing product information and recommendations to customers via telephone and email, supporting with their sales enquiries Creating and updating Excel reports in relation to sales figures to feedback to management The successful candidate will: Have previous experience working in a Sales Support / Sales Administration role (or similar) Be proficient in IT – have experience using a CRM database and MS Office Be a strong communicator with the ability to communicate the stakeholders across all levels Have good attention to detail Benefits: 23 days holiday bank holidays Free on-site parking Pension scheme Social events Training and progression opportunities
