Overview
Pay Range: $52,000 - $62,000 per year
Works on activities assigned by the Chief Information Officer of Seven Hills Foundation. May be assigned to work at sites throughout Massachusetts. To assist in the implementation of information technology (IT), as well as other technology (e.g., assistive, instructional), initiatives for Seven Hills Foundation that improves cost effectiveness, service quality, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
1. Provides field services for all aspects of SHF computer/technology operations for all SHF subsidiaries and affiliates, including new installations, relocations, and miscellaneous hardware and software problems as they develop on an as-needed basis.
2. Provides hardware and software training to staff of SHF subsidiaries and affiliates.
3. Supports website/data integration for SHF subsidiaries and affiliates.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology Writing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in information systems and/or technology-related skills.
3. Excellent organizational and communication skills required.
4. Ability to drive with a valid Driver's License required.
